We believe in confident indulgence from the craftsmanship of our candles to the calm they bring into your space. Because scent is deeply personal and shopping online means you can’t always experience our fragrances before purchase, we want you to feel confident with every order.


Returns

If something isn’t right with your order, we want to hear from you. While not all purchases are eligible for return or exchange, we’re committed to making things right whenever possible.

Please email us at concierge@awayluxurygoods.com within 7 days of delivery and let us know what’s going on. If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and do our best to ensure your experience ends on a positive note.


Damaged Items

Each Away Luxury Goods order is carefully packed by hand to ensure your candles arrive in perfect condition. That said, occasionally items are mishandled in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please email concierge@awayluxurygoods.com within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the shipping box (including any damage)
  • A photo of the shipping label

We’ll assess the situation and work quickly to offer a replacement or suitable resolution. Your satisfaction and trust means everything to us
